Doing Less, Feeling More is a trauma-informed, play-based workshop designed for people whose lives require sustained competence, care, and composure, and whose nervous systems are tired of holding it all together.
Across 90 carefully designed minutes, participants explore how their bodies regulate under pressure, and build practical anchors they can return to when life feels demanding.
What You Experience
Day 1 (45 mins): Set Points & Equilibrium in Motion
An interactive, body-based session exploring why “balance” so often fails—and what works instead. Through gentle somatic practices, playful movement, and mapping exercises, participants identify:
false set points shaped by chronic demand
chosen set points they want to return to
current pulls that knock them off-center
realistic 1% shifts that restore equilibrium without force
This day emphasizes choice, accessibility, and nervous-system safety. No experience is required. Watching counts as participating.
Day 2 (45 mins): Anchors & Shared Care
A hands-on sensory lab where abstract concepts become usable tools. Participants work with scent, touch, and ritual to create physical anchors they can use at home. The day includes:
aromatherapy soap-making (multiple mini soaps)
optional botanical add-ins and scent pairing
a guided washing ritual focused on consent and choice
opportunities to give, receive, or practice self-tending
an option to donate one soap as an act of shared care
Day 2 is intentionally intimate and capped when offered in person; virtual participants may order a complete take-home kit to complete the experience independently.
